Hello! Welcome to Life and Lactation, I am so happy to have you. Here you will find everything life and lactation, seems easy right! I use my blog to discuss womanhood, parenting, marriage and everything in between. If I learn about it, you will too! I am a Wife, Mother of 3, A Registered Nurse, an Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant. I believe in the importance of educating yourself to utilize tools to breastfeed in a way that doesn’t take away from your sense of self. Parenting is hard and it looks different for everyone, let’s take away the stigma related to this wonderful stage in life. If you’re looking to build a wonderful community I hope you stay awhile.
